American Appliance is a Colorado-based Factory Certified Servicer for Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove appliances. We were hired to make American Appliance the only servicer Coloradan’s use to maintain and repair their Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove appliances. We were responsible for keeping a consistent identity across all marketing channels that aligned with both American Appliance and the Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove luxury brands. Materials included leave-behinds, quarterly mailers, brochures, truck wraps, gifts, and digital outreach.

Results: Our annual mailer campaign sales returned more than 5x the original investment.
